But not done as you would think though. Done as in I give up.. done... I'm digging my self into deeper and deeper holes.. I need time for a serious redesign and rethink. I need to start from the beginning (sort of) and start designing this to be customizable and law down a stronger foundation with my classes and packages. I need to asses where this is leading me and how I want to go about it.

Do with it as you want, but do not steal. Give credit where its due. Now this is not for the weak. There might be a lot of guess work. If I'm going to release a flash journal to the public it will be easier to setup but for now its not. Included is the mysql queries needed to setup the database.

Been busy with school, and all, but Ive gotten the login system working, and with that so is the control panel, for the most part. All the control panel does at the moment is display the current date and time. It also displays entry fields to create new posts for the journal, and they do work! It will create a new post with he current date and time displayed by the clock.

Next I'll have to add in a post manager for editing and deleting entries but other than that is mostly done. By mostly done I mean, its to the point where its useful. However phpmyadmin is still better

In either case my code is still a jumbled mess. After I finish this next part of the control panel. I'm most likely going to release what I've worked on. Then I'm going to do a serious redesign, streamlining the code.

I'm by no means the best flash developer and many times my code is just uck so please bare with me.

I would like to continue on, but my code is terribly messy, so I taking the time to clean it up.

Also working on the login system, and once thats finished, I will create the control panel. But for not, its time to clean up, and comment my code.

Today I posted a beta of my deviation BrokenDigit, it however isn't 100% complete but I'm working as fast as I feel like.

If your wondering what its using, BrokenDigit is running in Flash9 AS3, compiled with the free Flex2 SDK and FlashDevelop

Site communicates with php scripts to get the entries and also to post into the mySQL database. The php files print out all data in XML and flash reads in that XML data, creates objects and displays the information. It also uses an XML file for some of the settings such as button color (of the date buttons) so far, but will include, hopefully, all settings for the site itself.

There are some bugs, but for the most part its not too bad. They will be fixed ASAP.
